After its 1998 bankruptcy, MAC Plastics' assets (and at least some of their molds) were purchased by Angelo Falconi and the company renamed to Falcon Plastics. Falcon Plastics manufactured a variety of blow-molded products for other companies, most notably Grand Venture with whom it shared its Washington location.
